A week ago I shared 5 helpful websites for working with PDFs. Today, I found another fantastic online tool that would have been especially helpful when I was working on graduate school and college applications.
PDF Online Reader is a web-based service that lets you upload a PDF and then annotate it online. Just upload your document, click on the text tool, and begin making your annotations. You can easily change the size, color, and font and maneuver the font to be aligned with any part of the document.

This is especially useful if you are trying to fill out a form online that doesn’t have the capacity to be edited through Adobe Acrobat. In addition, if you want to make edits to student papers or add notes to a research article you downloaded, you can do this easily with this tool.
