After parting ways with OC Mike LaFleur, the Jets have started the interview process to find their next OC. So far, the candidates have been underwhelming to say the least. That\u2019s partly expected this early in the process, but the Jets have to make sure they don\u2019t make a mistake this time around. It\u2019s unlikely that Robert Saleh keeps his job if the Jets falter this year, and even more unlikely that Joe Douglas survives to see himself with three different head coaches, if Saleh is fired.
