Adele<\/a> has spoken out over rumours that she and her partner Rich Paul<\/a> are engaged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, the Easy On Me singer sparked speculation about her relationship<\/a> when she was snapped on the Brit Awards red carpet sporting a diamond ring on her engagement finger.<\/span><\/p>\n

While she was reluctant to comment on this in a subsequent appearance on The Graham Norton Show<\/a>, Adele was similarly tight-lipped in a new interview with Elle magazine<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

After saying she \u201cabsolutely\u201d wants to get married again, the Grammy-winning star was asked whether she and Rich were officially engaged.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Well! Well. Well, I\u2019m not married,\u201d she apparently offered with a laugh. \u201cI\u2019m not married\u2026 I\u2019m not married. I\u2019m not married!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Adele then added: \u201cI\u2019m just in loooove! I\u2019m happy as I\u2019ll ever be. I might as well be married.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Elle<\/a> noted that she was \u201cmore straightforward\u201d in a follow-up conversation, stating: \u201cI\u2019m not engaged. I just love high-end jewelry, boy!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

During the same interview, Adele also spoke more about her relationship with the sports agent, whose high-profile clients include basketball star LeBron James.<\/span><\/p>\n

She told the magazine: \u201cI\u2019ve never been in love like this. I\u2019m obsessed with him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Adele and Rich <\/span>were first linked in the press in July 2021<\/span><\/a> after they attended the NBA Finals together.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A few months later, the Easy On Me singer confirmed the romance when she shared a snap of herself and Rich posing together in a photo booth at <\/span>the wedding of NBA star Anthony Davis<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking about her relationship in an interview with <\/span>Vogue<\/span><\/a> last year, Adele said: \u201cI did date before Rich, but they hated it. They\u2019d find it stressful being out or seen with me, which meant that I guarded all of it beyond. It never evolved because we were never experiencing things together. Whereas he\u2019s not frazzled by it at all.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels like it\u2019s consistent and considerate enough that I don\u2019t care who knows\u2026 he\u2019s great. He\u2019s so fucking funny. He\u2019s so smart, you know.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Adele was previously married to charity boss Simon Konecki for three years, before announcing their split in April 2019. The former couple share a nine-year-old son, Angelo.<\/span><\/p>\n
