Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. After Max Mitchell was added to the NFI list yesterday, there were many concerns regarding why he was placed on the list. It turns out that Mitchell is dealing with blood clots in his legs and lungs. While it isn’t career-threatening at this time, it definitely is a scary health situation; and one that I hope Max can completely recover from. With Mitchell now gone for the year, the depth of the offensive line has gone back in the gutter yet again. If the Jets can make this patchwork group of players work and protect Mike White going forward, there’s a solid chance the team can find themselves into the playoffs. To me, they will be the reason if the Jets will make the playoffs or not, due to how important their success is for the team. Let’s hope it works out.
